Recipe for yoghurt with honey and gingerbread
The quantities of this yogurt recipe with honey and gingerbread are planned for 8 people or 8 pots. you can of course change the quantities according to your needs.
It takes 8 minutes of preparation and a shelf life of 5 days.
- 1 liter of milk of choice (cow, ewe, goat)
- 1 sachet 2 doses of ferment for Nat-ali brewed yogurt
- 100g of gingerbread
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation of yoghurts
1/Heat the milk with the honey to a temperature of 45 ° C (if the gingerbread is very sweet, the honey is not necessary in the recipe)
2/Cut the gingerbread into small pieces. Mix the gingerbread with the milk.
3/Delight the ferment in a bowl with a few spoonfuls of milk, then mix together. Pour your preparation into clean yogurt jars
4/Place all the pots in the yoghurt and start it in normal cycle.
5/Once the cycle is complete, remove the jars, cover them and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before tasting.
